Hours: 35 hrs per week: 10am-6pm Tues – Sat during term time; Mon – Fri in school holidays
Salary: £33,000 per annum

As the Short Breaks Manager, you will lead a high-quality, holistic, and seamless inclusive play service across all Oasisplay projects for disabled children and young people. Your role involves ensuring effective support, safety, and adherence to appropriate risk assessments, while promoting inclusion and disability awareness within the organisation.
We are looking for an individual with significant playwork experience, especially with disabled children and their families, and a recognised qualification in playwork, childcare, or a related field.
Responsibilities include liaising with users, parents, and local authorities regarding needs, aspirations, and wellbeing; managing referrals, assessments, and progress reporting for potential users; and handling general administration and financial control of the Short Breaks service.
