Lloyds Bank Foundation

Unrestricted funding for small and local charities, investing in their work helping people overcome complex social issues across England and Wales.

We support charities with an annual income of £25,000 to £1m with a proven track record of helping people on a journey of positive change through in-depth, holistic and person-centred support. We offer unrestricted funding, including around core costs, and tailored development support to help your charity be more effective.

To qualify organisations must be addressing one of seven defined complex social issues: most relevant to the play sector will be learning disabilities but some organisations may meet the criteria for strands on young parents, and mental health.

Community funds
Community groups and not-for-profit organisations with an annual income of less than £350,000 can apply for a grant of between £5,000 and £40,000 to fund projects which help make their communities a better place to live.
