Newcomen Collett Foundation

The Newcomen Collett Foundation Grant is provided and administered by the Newcomen Collett Foundation and is available for voluntary and community groups in the London borough of Southwark.

The scheme is intended to support organisations undertaking projects to further educational and extracurricular activities for young people under the age of 25 years.

Funding is available to schools, organisations and groups that benefit young people under the age of 25 years and operate in the London Borough of Southwark; as well as to individuals.

For organisations, the grantmaking priorities are as follows:

  • Assisting schools and other groups to purchase equipment for the benefit of children.
  • Supporting extra curricula activities, such as school trips, after school clubs, holiday clubs and uniformed organisations, for children and young people.
  • Assisting organisations which provide educational opportunities to schools and colleges in the Borough of Southwark, such as visiting theatre companies and musicians.

2012 deadlines: 17 February; 18 May; 31 August; and 16 November.
