London Play weighs in to swing ding dong

London Play's own Paul Hocker took to the airwaves today to vigorously defend children's right to play. He took part in a passionate exchange of views with a Londoner living close to a children's playground, who complained that the noise was affecting her quality of life.

The woman had phoned Radio 2's Jeremy Vine Show, following news that a swing in a Staffordshire village playground had been chained up by councillors because children were making too much noise when using it. Click below to hear the heated debate in its full glory.
